<description>This is really a very important TipTow eZine so don&#8217;t overlook it because it could save your life. With the summer months upon us it is really important to recognize the warning signs of heat related injuries. If you haven&#8217;t had the chance to get any training in first aid or CPR, I certainly suggest you find your local Red Cross Chapter and get some education but here are some very big warning signs and general treatment for heat related injuries.

Heat related symptoms include:

Early Stages:
- Severe Cramps
- Moist, pale, ashen or flushed skin

Obviously the best thing you can do to prevent heat related emergencies is to exercise a little caution and respect the power of sudden heat illnesses.

Here are some simple rules to follow that will help keep you safe this summer.

I am really excited that you have come to visit. It's real sad that I have to go over a few rules about this site but if you ever visited my blog site previously, my hosting company shut it down because spammers hit the site really bad. At this time, I will not allow anonymous posts from my visitors. If you are new and you would like to comment, you will need to register and verify your email address first.

If you register with me and you become verified, I will provide you with more advanced user options so it won't be necessary.
